There are two pilates classes a day in a class of no more than 12 persons.
Beginners are welcome and no previous Pilates experience is necessary.
The class is mixed ability so you will be able to work at a level that suits you.
Each session focuses on buliding up the exercises using the Body Control Pilates Method. This one week course is equivalent to a two terms worth of Pilates classes.
By the end of the week you will be able to co ordinate the movements of the class in a flowing manner that will challenge your fitness and stamina.

Lara Refalo trained with Body Control Pilates in London in 2008.
She started hosting Pilates retreats in Gozo in 2012 in addition to running a successful Pilates business in Norfolk, UK.
She has been teaching for several years and works closely with her fellow teachers, GP's, Physiotherapists and Osteopaths.
She is welcoming and has a background in the field of hospitality making her an ideal host.
